Walkin' in e Rain...
My Sat went fine & wet..! Had a laz min jaunt wif honey & so we met up @ 'round 2200 hrs... Headed 4 LPS 2 grab a bite after which we walked all e way from Raffles Pl 2 Somerset... It's not quite far anyway... Passin' Boat Quay, passin' Clarke Quay, passin' Fort Canning, passin' Istana Pk... A nice long stroll... We were lucky enuf 2 get shelter juz wen it started 2 drizzle... Oh my, it turned out 2 b a heavy downpour indeed... We sat, chatted, cracked jokes... Was gettin' sleepy wen honey dared me 2 walk in e rain juz 2 get rid of my drowsiness... Was reluctant but not wantin' 2 lose, I walked ~ out in e rain... Hehehe... It's nice playin' in e rain once in a while... Drenched but it was fun..! Honey njoyed it 2...
Me : Stupid you..! I'm feelin' soooo cold..!
Him : Gd..! Dat'll keep u awake..! [stupid grin...]

Synopsis of my Fri...
2day was no diff from any other Fri... Juz e usuals - dinner wif honey, meetin' up wif e guyz 4 our wkly addiction of pool & yet again a pleasurable time spent..! But huh, I got 2 werk OT juz now but it's not dat bad ~ left @ 1930 hrs... Of all daz, y muz it b on a Fri..? I prefer it 2 b in e beginnin' of e wk cos dat's e period where I wudn't haf dat "hippy" feelin' ~ & so I can perform better... My MD's back from China & out of curiosity, I asked him, "So Mr See, did they accept our proposal..?" His reply was, "Aiyah..! They all crazy ppl..! Ppl werk from 9 - 6, they werk from 9 - 11..! Ppl gif 'em 3 diff types of quotations, they 1 2 change all e specs laz min AGAIN..! They suka2 huh?!!" Gee, juz how difficult can dis customers b!!! Hmm, I'm xpectin' a stressful wk ahead..!
Well, here's sumtin' u shud noe bout "most of e guyz"... Njoy it..!

+++ I was readin' dis e-mail sent by Shireen, n old classmate... It was a close-up pic of e corpse [in fact, there's 3] wif rgds 2 e tragedy in NUS..! I felt so yucky..! Luckily I had my dinner earlier, phew..!
+++ I was watchin' SIN's Brainiest Kid & I felt so impressed..! Wow..! Dis kiddos sure r remarkable..!

Hmm... I've juz completed burnin' a disc 4 a fren wen sudddenly 1 of my old dear gf SMSed me ~ Akin [freelance actress + model but not quite active...]
Her : Wei, how r u..?
Me : Fine, pretty norm... U..?
Her : Now in NIE, bz...
Me : Hmm, how long already..?
Her : Juz started, 1 mth ago..!
Me : Dat's gd...
Her : Still wif him..? Engaged..?
Me : Yup, still wif him & no halal cert yet ~ stop kiddin'..!
We stopped after xchangin' few msgs of our present bein'... Juz wishin' her all e bez & missin' her real lotz..! Soon after another gf, Sha, sent me a "keep-in-touch" msg... I really appreciated dat cos it's very seldom dat we got 2 meet & hang out 2gether... I like & luv havin' gfs... + bfs 2 cos they make me feel occupied & happy..!
Juz had a bowl full of jackfruit (cempedak in Malay)... Yummy²..!

It Takes 6..!
It's a nice-fun-spent Sat 4 me wif my buddiz + their bfs... Yeah, 6 of us..! Honey & me met earlier 2 shop & he bought 4 me 2 tops [10 q, dear...] Then we grabbed a bite @ Swensen's 4 our early dinner after which we headed down 2 Prince KTV 4 our "vocal practice" [s if..!] Gr8 company, gr8 atmosphere, gr8 songs, "gr8 voices" etc... Laffin' all thru e way... Initial plan was 3 hrs but since we cudn't get enuf, we extend 2 another hr- yeah, dat's us..! Wen it's all over, we left 4 LPS 2 haf supper... Ordered e usual - stingray, butter sotong, honeyed chic, satay + drinks... Cracked jokes thru our meal, simply funny..! Depart @ 0200 hrs... Tirin' but it's all worth it..! Simply luv 'em..!

1derful..!
Had 2 clear leave yesterday & 2day... Honey's only gotta werk 1/2 day yesterday cos he's on duty on Mon... Yesh!!! Sucha purrrfect timin'... Met him @ 1430 hrs, lite lunch @ Mc and then survey 4 stuffs... Me really like dis Nike air rift - casual yet stylish... Diesel's footwear not bad 2 - like e design but not e colour... No tops had attracted me yet [sign]... Proceed 2 LPS late evenin' 2 haf our dinner - stingray ~yummy2~ @ least it's much more appetizing than e 1 we had @ Newton laz Sun... After dat we went 2 Marina 2 haf our game of pool... Dun really favor it there - not only is it more xpensif [e rate is 3 x higher than our usual spot], we both felt dat e pool table is much more smaller & e balls a much more lighter - not really used 2 dat..! We only played 4 n hr after which we set off 2 Esplanade 2 chill-out... There's dis Chinese gal bside us - alone & cryin'... Guess she's very sad... Poor her... Really hope e coolin' breeze can help her 2 unwind... Went off @ 2330 hrs - he gotta report 2 werk @ 0800 hrs 2day ~ @ least it's a well-quality-spent day 4 both of us ~ nothin' 2 complain..!

Lurve Evry Moment...
Laz nite, we had our session of pool again... 7 of us - 5 guyz & 2 gals... There's so much fun & laughter... We left @ 'round 0230 hrs... Simply luv wk'ns cos that's e only time of e wk dat I get 2 relax wif great company of frens... Didn't catch NDP on TV - such a bad S'porean, hehehe..! It's ok, there's alwaz n encore... Plan 4 2day - catcha movie...

Quotations, drawin's & e Chinese software - I do understand e speech (instinct werks bez) but e writin', so chim!!! My MD's flyin' off 2 China 2morrow, surely do hope they'll award e project 2 us...

Phew..!
Had a hard day @ werk 2day... So many quotations 2 type - each consistin' approx. 50+ pgs... Gotta rush cos my Boss needs 'em 2 clinch a deal wif 1 of e biggez Co. in China... Luckily I managed 2 finish almost 90% of e werk... E rez will b advised by my MD 2morrow... Lucky 4 me also, I dun haf 2 do my a/cs + invoices 4 e day due 2 e heavy wkload... Stayed until 2000 hrs & my MD drove me home in his Mercedes... 4 a 2nd thot, I was lucky enuf 2 haf such understandin' superiors [I haf 2 report 2 SIX of 'em actually]... They dun mind me not bein' punctual [1 of my bad habits] s long s I do my werk... Altho' I'm e only Malay & e rest a Chinese, I feel honoured 2 b able 2 carry out my duty up 2 their satisfaction cos Chinese bosses a known 2 b demandin' apart from Japanese & Eurasians... Hmmm, I survived since May 2002 - bet I'm gonna stay long there...

American : (with a large piece of chewing gum in his mouth) You French folk eat the whole bread?
Frenchman : Of course!
American : (blows a bubble with his chewing gum) We don't. In the States, we only eat what's inside. We collect the crusts in containers, recycle them, then transform them into croissants & sell them to France.
The American has a smirk on his face. All the while, the Frenchman listens in silence.
American : Do you eat jelly with the bread?
Frenchman : Of course!
American : (cracks his gum between his teeth & chuckles) We don't. In the States, we eat fresh fruit for breakfast, put all peels, seeds & leftovers in containers, recycle them, then transform them into jam, & sell it to France.
Frenchman : & what do you Americans do with condoms once you've used them?
American : We throw them away, of course (with a dumbfounded look)
Frenchman : We don't. In France, we put them in a container, recycle them, then melt them down into chewing gum & sell it to America!

Sun Daze..!
Emm... Juz woke up... Came back 'round 4 am... Worth e tiredness cos it was fun... Laz nite's session of pool was a bit diff though... It started out wif laughter & teasing' @ 1st but wen it cums in e middle, there was a moment of disclosure... Bein' e only woman there, I was glad dat 2 of 'em who faced rather e same kinda problem confide in me instead of havin' "only-guyz'-talk"... True enuf, they were delighted 2 hear sum advice given by me & e others... @ least it took sum weight off their anger + confused minds... We proceed 2 his hse after midnite... E guys prepared supper (yep, they cooked) while I cleaned up e mess... It's gd 2 spend such time wif his close buddiez once in a while...
Hmm, it's Sun... wat shall I do now..? No plans yet... Let's c...

Our Day...
It's Saturday... Us both were supposed to spend some quality time together @ our fav beach... But we haf 2 cancel it halfway due 2 sum unavoidable reason... It's my -stupid-bloody-fren- again..! Y..? It's juz me... I can't look 4ward 2 sumtin' or else I'll feel very horrible if it doesn't happen e way I want it 2 be... But it's ok... Gonna haf our session of pool again 2nite wif his frens...
